Frequently Asked Questions Q: What are the hours of OU Wash? A: OU WASH picks up on Wednesday between 9am and 5pm with laundry returned Friday, two days later. Q: Where is the OU Wash store located? A: OU Wash works out of South Bleach Laundry located at 2114 Auburn Road, Utica, MI 48317, just 6 miles from campus. The store is open from 6a - 11p daily. Directions and more information can be found at www.southbleachlaundry.com Q: What is the Pick Up schedule for Pick Up and Delivery service? A: Laundry pickup and delivery days can be reviewed on the Google calendar below. Please note that our schedule is designed to allow customers to take home laundry over breaks. Pick up routes will be finalized by Sept 6. During the first pickup the week on September 8, we recommend that you place your laundry out for pickup by 9am. We will leave a note indicating when we picked up so that you will have a better idea of pick and delivery times. Q: Do the Owners of OU WASH actually wash and fold the clothes? A: YES, the resources of SOUTH BLEACH LAUNDRY, LLC are used to wash and fold the clothes. Q: When can I get my OU Wash laundry bag? A: Bags will delivered on the following schedule.
